Toward the Perfect Wedding

Every bride knows that a successful wedding means tending to a multitude of details beforehand. The Bella Luna staff stands ready to ease that burden and assure that every part of the occasion goes smoothly.

Here are some important matters that, if communicated to us in advance, will go a long way toward achieving that end.

What is the location of the wedding ceremony? (Please include the street address and telephone number.)

What is the time of the ceremony?
3.
Is your preference a seated dinner or a reception-and-buffet dinner?
4.
If you choose a seated dinner, will there be a seating chart available to your guests at the entrance?
5.
Will the band members and photographers be allowed to eat during the event?
6.
Will the band members and photographers be allowed to be served alcoholic drinks? (We can provide non-alcoholic beverages if this is preferred.)
7.
Will children be among those invited? (If so, we have special food and beverage pricing for them.)
8.
Will you provide the wedding-cake knife, the cake napkins and the champagne flutes for the bride and groom?
9.
If questions arise during the reception, who will be the person we should go to?
10.
Who will be coordinating special dances, the cake cutting and the tossing of the bouquet and garter?
11.
How would you like the bill to be handled at the end of the evening?
12.
Will you pick up flower arrangements that evening, the next morning or not at all?
